Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at Vivi5 Studios. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services and capabilities to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and Vivi5 Studios.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline, and progress to the management team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the creative industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively present ideas.
- Ability to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive successful deals.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with the advertising, film, or animation industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
